"You very kindly delivered some flowers for me as it was my husband and my 30th wedding anniversary. My husband, Chris had ordered them from you as a surprise for our special day. Even though it was a bank holiday you still managed to deliver them to the Cary Arms where we had a lovely meal that same evening. The flowers are absolutely wonderful - a beautiful arrangement - with lilies which are my favourite. Today we travelled home to Essex and they withstood the 5 hour plus journey home and are now standing in pride of place.
In this day and age where customer service can be a bit lax I can only say that my husband was very impressed with your florists and the service you gave him and the fact that you took the time and trouble to deliver them on your day off so that I could have them on the day of our anniversary."
